Lonnie D. Easter, DDS

Dr. Easter grew up in Clear Lake, Iowa. He attended undergraduate and dental school at the University of Iowa, graduating from the College of Dentistry in 1991. Dr. Easter was a recipient of the College of Dentistry's Operative Dentistry award in recognition of his professional, clinical, and scholarly achievements in dental school.

After graduation, Dr. Easter completed a yearlong Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, California. Following the residency, he served for five more years as a general dentist for the Air Force in Europe and California. In 1998, Dr. Easter moved back to Iowa and started Johnston Dental. He has received advanced training at the Dawson Academy in TMJ disorders and restorative dentistry and also has received advanced training on aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, endodontics, and oral surgery.

In addition to his time at Johnston Dental, Dr. Easter has served as an adjunct faculty member working with senior dental students on their clinical training in the Family Dentistry Department at the University of Iowa. Dr. Easter enjoys his profession, golfing, and time spent with family and friends.

Tanner L. Storbeck, DDS

Dr. Storbeck is from Clear Lake, Iowa. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Iowa, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and minored in Chemistry. He also served as a Manager on the UNI's Men's Basketball team. He then completed dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Storbeck's research on xerostomia and polypharmacy was published in the Special Care in Dentistry Journal. Dr. Storbeck was a recipient of the Iowa Dental Foundation Scholarship in recognition of his character displayed throughout dental school. After graduation, Dr. Storbeck practiced dentistry back home in North Iowa before moving to Johnston.

Dr. Storbeck is a member of the Academy of General Dentisty, Seattle Study Club, Spear Education, Iowa Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He has spent time attending the prestigious Spear Education workshops to further his knowledge.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Storbeck enjoys spending time with his wife Shayla, who grew up in Johnston. He also enjoys golf, basketball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
